Responsibilities:

  • Build landing pages, campaign microsites, and web experiences in HubSpot CMS and Webflow using relevant coding languages and template syntax (HubL, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Partner with the marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life, translating creative vision into engaging online experiences, implementing designs from mockups with precision
  • Play a key role in large-scale web builds in 2026 across the corporate website, content hubs, and microsites, collaborating with external agency partners and internal stakeholders
  • Own Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot analytics implementation to ensure accurate tracking across the Company's web properties
  • Manage cookie consent and tracking compliance (GDPR, CCPA) in partnership with our Legal and IT teams
  • Design and execute A/B tests and conversion rate optimization experiments, using data to continuously improve performance
  • Build reporting dashboards that connect campaign activity to business outcomes
  • Own the organization of the Company's website resources, knowing where every piece of content lives and when it was last updated
  • Manage website updates, content refreshes, and technical optimizations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve site performance, user experience, and conversion rates
  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively, keeping marketing activities running smoothly

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience building marketing websites, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot CMS (required), including templates, modules, HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Webflow, or strong ability to ramp up quickly for the upcoming 2025–2026 website redesign.
  • Confident working with Google Tag Manager, analytics tagging, and configuring cookie consent tools with a general understanding of GDPR/CCPA.
  • Comfortable with basic CRO thinking — able to identify optimization opportunities and support A/B testing.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate closely with marketing, content, and external agency partners.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present a portfolio of landing pages/web experiences they’ve built.
