Job Description
Measurement Success Coordinator at Magellan AI ensuring accurate measurement of podcast advertising campaigns. Supporting clients in understanding advertising performance through data analysis and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsive to client support requests via email and support channels
- Set up and maintain measurement for campaigns across advertisers, agencies, and publishers
- Monitor campaigns for alerts, exceptions, and data inconsistencies
- Troubleshoot issues and help resolve them before they affect client reporting
- Support Measurement Success Managers with day-to-day measurement and client needs
- Build and maintain spreadsheets to analyze large datasets and support client reporting
- Lead Zoom-based client trainings and onboarding sessions
- Play a key role in quality assurance, ensuring the data delivered to clients is accurate
- Partner with teammates to improve workflows and processes as our client base grows
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–4 years of experience in a related role
- Comfortable working in Excel and Google Sheets, including using formulas
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts at once
- Comfortable troubleshooting issues and asking questions when something looks off.
