Job Description
Remote German-speaking media designer specializing in print layouts, prepress, and print-ready artwork. Creating brochures, flyers, posters, and magazines while managing client feedback and production workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Develop layouts and designs for brochures, flyers, posters, magazines, and other print media
- Apply corporate identity guidelines in design development
- Create print-ready files, manage color, and handle typography
- Prepare and check print data
- Coordinate with project management and internal and external clients
- Gather client requirements, present drafts, and make feedback-based adjustments
- Plan and organize production workflows
- Adhere to deadlines and budgets
Requirements:
- Media Designer Digital and Print (IHK), specialization in Print
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
- Knowledge of printing techniques, paper types, and color management
- Experience with PDF/X standards and preflight checks
- Strong typography, layout, and corporate design skills
- Basic knowledge of media law, including copyright and licensing rights
- Creativity and aesthetic sensitivity
- Technical understanding and precision
- Communication skills and teamwork
- Stress resistance and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- German and English language proficiency are both required
