Job Description

Licensed Insurance Agent educating clients on Medicare options and assisting with enrollment. Ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options • Assist with plan enrollment and transitions • Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations • Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines • Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.

Requirements:

  • Holds valid health insurance license • Can provide proof of release or intent to release if previously or currently appointed elsewhere • Current plan year AHIP certification • Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue • Capability to contract and become RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers • Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment with expectations around sales performance and call compliance • Ability to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills • Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
