Job Description
Member & Lifecycle Marketing Lead driving member-centric marketing strategies for a global growth platform in arts and culture. Building lifecycle marketing systems to enhance retention and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Owns how Tessitura communicates value to existing members
- Builds and runs a lifecycle marketing system
- Guides the direction for member communications across the lifecycle
- Partners with Member Services for renewal conversations and upsell activities
- Designs a cohesive, integrated lifecycle engine across campaigns
- Continuously evolves the system based on what's working with members
- Sets clear direction for lifecycle marketing operations
- Connects Lifecycle marketing to pipeline
Requirements:
- 6-10+ years of experience in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or retention marketing in B2B environments
- Strong grasp of lifecycle math: retention rates, expansion conversion, revenue per member
- Experience building multi-touch campaign sequences across the member journey
- Strong understanding of segmentation strategy
- Experience designing campaigns and communications that drive measurable retention and expansion
- Proven ability to use engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Active use of AI tools to improve performance, insight, and efficiency
