Job Description
California-licensed mental health therapist providing virtual, HIPAA-compliant care to California clients from New Mexico. Flexible remote scheduling with administrative support and eligible W-2 benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to California clients, including individuals, couples, and families based on clinical expertise
- Deliver care through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
- Set personal availability and build a suitable schedule
- Continue serving California clients remotely while residing in New Mexico
Requirements:
- Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD) in good standing
- Current residence in New Mexico or plans to relocate to New Mexico
- Passion for providing evidence-based, client-centered care
- Comfort using telehealth technology and delivering virtual therapy
