Job Description
Remote licensed therapists providing tele-therapy through WellQor’s online psychological practice. Building patient relationships within collaborative care teams while receiving full administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy
- Define availability, create schedules, and work according to lifestyle
- Consult regularly with the Clinical Director and regional team for support and feedback
- Connect with therapists across the country using the Clinician Connect platform
- Participate in a care-team treatment model and collaborate with peers
- WellQor handles credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, customer service, and other administrative services
- Participate in company events and CEU sponsorship opportunities
Requirements:
- LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP or equivalent licensed to practice independently
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions
- Comfort using technology in everyday work
- A willingness to learn
