Job Description
Engenharia de Qualidade criando testes automatizados de APIs e UI para o Sicredi, instituição financeira cooperativa brasileira. Atuação no ciclo de crédito e na modernização do core bancário, da concepção à produção.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the structuring of the quality strategy within the team, considering all aspects of the solution from requirements definition to code development
- Design and execute test scenarios based on business requirements in the form of user stories
- Manage testing activities and knowledge across the tools used
- Develop automated API and UI tests
- Work across the entire product development lifecycle, from conception to production release and maintenance
- Participate in collaborative product design
- Participate in Quality Chapters and Communities of Practice
- Encourage and promote the dissemination of a quality culture among colleagues and operational teams
Requirements:
- Create test strategies at multiple levels: unit, integration, system, and acceptance
- Execute manual and automated tests
- Create and run automated API and web interface tests in GitLab pipelines
- Implement process, technical, and tooling improvements to enhance quality
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working in teams, particularly with Agile Testing
- Validate non-functional requirements
- Knowledge of Java and JavaScript
- Experience with TestNG and JUnit
- Familiarity with Rest Assured, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and BrowserStack
- Knowledge of software development practices and patterns
- Nice to have: experience with Cloud Computing infrastructures
- Nice to have: familiarity with microservices and distributed architecture concepts
