Job Description

Engenheiro Fullstack Java/Flutter desenvolvendo software para uma HR Tech. Criando funcionalidades, garantindo qualidade com testes e apoiando a evolução técnica do time.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software features, proposing improvements and refactoring when necessary
  • Remain consistently available through the company’s communication channels
  • Actively contribute to technical development by suggesting tools and technologies
  • Collaborate with the team, support colleagues, and participate in alignment meetings
  • Use Azure DevOps and GitLab for version control and task management
  • Ensure code quality through automated unit, integration, and mutation testing
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical standards and best practices
  • Estimate and mitigate risks in complex tasks
  • Assist with onboarding and the technical development of less experienced professionals

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Java 8+, Java EE, Spring Boot, Quarkus, and MicroProfile
  • Experience in front-end development using Flutter
  • Familiarity with EKS for creating and managing development and production environments
  • Experience with asynchronous integrations using RabbitMQ and/or AWS SQS
  • Experience creating technical documentation using Markdown, Swagger/OpenAPI, the C4 Model, and UML
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • Proficiency in software architecture best practices, such as DDD, microservices, MVC, and Clean Architecture
  • Experience implementing unit tests with JUnit
  • Knowledge of Redis for caching and in-memory data storage
  • Proficiency in Git, with sound version control practices using GitFlow
  • Familiarity with AWS integration for implementing and managing cloud services
