Job Description

Consultor de Telecom gerenciando redes corporativas, firewalls e wireless para lojas varejistas. Atuando em projetos de expansão, reformas, instalações e continuidade dos serviços.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain network environments, including switches, routers, wireless networks, and firewalls
  • Participate in network infrastructure expansion, migration, and modernization projects
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operating procedures
  • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot firewalls, applying security policies and access controls
  • Implement and validate changes in network environments, including cabling, switches, firewalls, and access points
  • Review and recommend improvements to network architecture and standards
  • Ensure SLA compliance by prioritizing requests according to impact and urgency
  • Monitor the schedule and execution of store openings and renovations, ensuring that telecommunications infrastructure activities align with the construction plan
  • Work with construction managers to monitor changes involving network and telecommunications infrastructure throughout the renovation stages
  • Ensure the proper temporary storage, preservation, and repositioning of IT and telecommunications equipment after renovated areas are completed
  • Coordinate with vendors to schedule, monitor, and validate new installations according to the scope and schedule defined for each renovation project
  • Configure, install, and validate network equipment, including access points and switches
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of stores' technology infrastructure, ensuring service continuity and compliance with corporate standards
  • Monitor connectivity and equipment functionality tests after equipment reinstallation or infrastructure changes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Solid experience with corporate network infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Meraki, Fortinet, Aruba, and Cisco platforms, including troubleshooting
  • Intermediate knowledge of Fortinet firewalls, including policies, NAT, VPN, inspection, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with corporate wireless environments, including Meraki and Cisco Aironet
  • Experience with Meraki and Aruba switches, with strong knowledge of VLANs, STP, trunking, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, OSPF routing, BGP, and others
  • Ability to perform Level 2/3 troubleshooting and identify the root cause of incidents
  • CCNA or higher certification preferred
  • Fortinet NSE 4 or higher certification preferred
  • Experience with monitoring tools preferred
  • Knowledge of network automation, including basic scripts and APIs, preferred
  • Experience working in critical network environments preferred
