Job Description
Needs Assessment Coordinator screening potential clients and coordinating admissions, referrals, and transportation. Supporting Pyramid Healthcare’s addiction treatment and behavioral healthcare services remotely on weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening on potential client calls
- Complete all documentation associated with client calls
- Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development
- Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs
- Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system
- Demonstrate conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred
- Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred
- Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 8 pm
- Maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrate safety awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective interpersonal relationships
- Ability to be a team player
- Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues
