Job Description
Needs Assessment Coordinator conducting screenings and handling on-call admissions for Pyramid Healthcare. Supporting client needs in addiction and mental health treatments in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening on potential client calls.
- Complete all documentation associated with client calls.
- Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development.
- Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs.
- Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system; demonstrate conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards; participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred.
- Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred.
- Demonstrates confidentiality, safety, excellent communication skills, effective interpersonal relationships and ability to be a team player.
