Job Description
.NET Developer designing and developing enterprise software for Uni Systems in Warsaw, Poland. Leading technical teams, optimizing solutions, and supporting full software lifecycles.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software systems
- Lead development teams
- Translate business requirements into technical designs
- Optimize software for performance, security, and quality
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
- Estimate development effort and timelines
- Define software development standards and best practices
- Propose technical solutions for business needs and technical challenges
- Collect and interpret software metrics
- Manage software configuration and releases
- Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment
- Develop and execute tests, including testing tools
- Document software development and implementation
- Prototype solutions
- Act as 2nd and 3rd line support
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree plus at least 4 years of relevant IT professional experience and at least 2 years in a similar position
- At least one internationally recognized intermediate software development certification relevant to the domain or equivalent certification
- Proficiency designing and developing data, business logic, and UI/presentation layers
- Experience completing at least one full solution lifecycle
- At least 2 years of experience with mission-critical complex enterprise systems, including asset and/or human resources management and financial management
- Proficiency in UML and application design
- Experience working in Scrum environments
- Ability to effectively document technical solutions
- Ability to lead technical teams
- English at B2 level
