Responsibilities:
- Own the technical execution and delivery of enterprise PQC migration projects from discovery through implementation, validation, and handover
- Act as the hands-on technical lead by designing, implementing, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing solutions
- Assess customer network and security environments and identify PQC migration requirements, dependencies, risks, and constraints
- Design and validate hybrid classical/PQC architectures and migration approaches
- Lead technical discovery, architecture, integration, testing, and performance-validation activities
- Troubleshoot complex network, security, integration, and performance issues
- Work directly with customer engineering and security teams, technology partners, and internal R&D teams
- Own technical milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables and drive issues to resolution
- Communicate technical findings, trade-offs, and recommendations to engineering teams and senior customer stakeholders
- Develop technical documentation, deployment-readiness plans, and PQC migration roadmaps
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on network engineering / network security engineering experience in complex enterprise environments
- Deep practical knowledge of enterprise networking, network security architecture, and secure communications
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and systems-level problem-solving capabilities
- Solid understanding of cryptography and cryptographic infrastructure and how cryptographic changes impact enterprise networks
- Experience with or strong familiarity with Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), hybrid cryptographic deployments, and cryptographic migration initiatives
- Proven experience leading technically complex, customer-facing implementation projects while remaining hands-on
- Experience with architecture, integration, performance testing, and deployment of network security technologies
- Ability to move comfortably between high-level architecture and hands-on engineering execution
- Strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience working across customers, engineering teams, partners, and technology vendors
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Experience with large-scale telecom or carrier-grade network environments
- Strong Linux networking, systems engineering, automation, or scripting experience
- Experience taking emerging security technologies from lab validation toward production deployment
