Job Description

Occupational Therapists & Speech Pathologists supporting autistic individuals in community settings with practical skills development. Full-time role at Aspect Therapy in Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting 3–4 participants per day in community settings
  • Working collaboratively with participants and their families/support networks
  • Building practical, functional skills that support everyday life
  • Developing strengths-based, person-centred support strategies
  • Working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in: Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology
  • 1–3 years’ experience (or new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Interest in working with autistic people and neurodivergence
  • Willingness to work in community-based settings
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • AHPRA registration (for OTs)
