Job Description
Instructional Designer creating eLearning strategies and storyboards for GSB Solutions. Developing Oracle Integration Cloud services and cloud/on-premise integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements
- Create instructional strategy documents
- Develop storyboards for eLearning courses
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to retrieve information required for eLearning course development
- Design and build integrations with cloud and on-premise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud
- Provide feasibility inputs and propose scalable integration solutions
- Develop SOAP and REST services with JSON- or XML-based integrations
- Work with OIC and ICS adapters
- Test web services using SOAPUI and Postman
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of instructional design concepts, theories, and models
- Ability to perform requirements gathering and analysis
- Ability to create instructional strategy documents
- Ability to develop storyboards
- Experience designing and building integrations with cloud/on-premise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Ability to provide solution feasibility inputs and propose scalable solutions
- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, web services, SOAP, and REST
- Development experience with SOAP and REST services using JSON or XML integrations
- Hands-on experience in at least 1–2 integration projects using Oracle Integration Cloud
- Knowledge of OIC built-in cloud adapters, including REST, SOAP, FTP, HCM, Workday, ERP, and ATP
- Experience with ICS adapters, including ERP Adapter, SOAP, Oracle DB, FTP, and REST
- Good knowledge and experience in web and client-server technologies
- Hands-on experience with SOAPUI and Postman
- Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as a team player and self-starter
