Job Description

Operational Support Specialist at Dialogue ensuring efficient patient flow and technical support for telemedicine services. Collaborating with teams to maintain operational efficiency in Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily turnover of the telemedicine platform.
  • Ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
  • Monitor and manage staff numbers to meet operational demands.
  • Collaborate with WFM to address staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Provide support to staff and members facing potential technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to maintain uninterrupted service.
  • Collaborate with different departments to address operational challenges.
  • Implement and maintain procedures to optimize the telemedicine platform's daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of operational processes.
  • Generate reports to track key operational metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operational support or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Exceeding expectations in the current role.
  • Bilingualism is an asset for this position (English and French).
