Job Description
Operations Analyst processing US provider credentials, licenses, and payer enrollment applications. Supporting CertifyOS’s healthcare data infrastructure through research, validation, and customer guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day processing of provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications
- Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States
- Complete provider credential, licensure, and payor enrollment applications on behalf of CertifyOS customers
- Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing and licensing platform, ensuring 100% accuracy
- Interact with providers and clients by email when additional information is required
- Assist with monitoring and new client implementation projects
- Summarize research findings and draft clear, concise guideline documents for CertifyOS customers
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
- Work closely with the team lead and cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Experience in Credentialing is a must
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
- Ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where this role is based
