Job Description

Operations Assistant supporting daily operational activities and process improvements. Fully remote position based in the Czech Republic with a focus on organization and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operational activities and internal coordination
  • Assist with scheduling, task tracking, and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for management
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Communicate with internal teams, partners, and service providers
  • Support process improvements and operational initiatives
  • Provide general administrative and operational support

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English
  • Czech language skills are an advantage but not required
  • Interest in building a career in operations or management
