Job Description
Assistente de Operações revisando e aprovando perfis para garantir segurança no site de relacionamento da IPmedia. Melhorando processos, relatórios e operações no período noturno.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly review user profiles to ensure they meet security criteria and platform guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements to approval processes
- Participate in meetings whenever possible to align on strategic priorities and discuss process optimization
- Maintain daily communication and provide updates to the team to support continuous improvement
- Keep the team informed through daily reports and accurate spreadsheet updates
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to pursue continuous learning
- Ability to create simple reports to keep the team informed
- Availability to work night shifts
