Job Description
Operations Associate managing product availability and production planning for a fast-growing CPG company. Collaborating across co-manufacturers and analyzing data to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain 100% product availability across D2C and retail channels through best-in-class production planning
- Own the weekly production review cadence across our co-manufacturing network
- Build and maintain rolling production schedules that translate demand forecasts into production orders
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, capacity improvements, and waste reduction
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations within CPG, food & beverage, or a closely related category
- Experience working across co-manufacturing networks, managing multiple production sites, and building planning processes from the ground up rather than inheriting them
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
