Job Description
Estagiário(a) de operações no CIEE, instituição que promove formação e inclusão de jovens no trabalho. Atendimento a estudantes e clientes, cadastros e suporte por canais digitais.
Responsibilities:
- Assist students, educational institutions, and public agencies
- Update customer records
- Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date
- Direct users to the appropriate Portal pages based on the services requested
- Answer customer questions about products and services
- Provide assistance to and register new customers
- Assist with maintaining the customer database
- Provide technical product information and promotion
- Provide customer support by email, phone, and WhatsApp, answering questions about processes
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Marketing Technology degree, Human Resources Management, Advertising and Marketing Communications, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite
- Comfortable working with computerized systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to perform tasks requiring focus and concentration
- Must have at least one year remaining before graduation and be available for an internship
- Reside in Teresina, PI, or nearby area
