Job Description
Brink’s ATM managed-services operations director leading APAC-IMEA operational enablement. Driving process improvement, automation, risk management, vendor performance, and customer onboarding across regional markets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of customers, business processes, and technology across the ATM value chain
- Lead or support process improvement projects, including VSM and A3s
- Liaise with Market and Country leadership to align goals and identify key projects requiring support
- Collaborate with Global Operations, Solution Delivery, and Product teams to provide APAC and IMEA countries with expertise and resources for successful delivery
- Provide input to standard global operational metrics and evaluate countries against benchmarks
- Drive continuous improvement projects that improve Brink’s AMS quality and efficiency and achieve agreed annual cost savings
- Partner with Global Operations leaders to adopt optimal operating models and execute improvement projects, including chronic failure analysis, technician quality metrics, parts optimization, first-time fix, MTBF, and response-time improvements
- Drive an automation roadmap to reduce cost per ATM and enable business scalability
- Develop APAC and IMEA technology requirements roadmaps and champion business cases for transformational projects
- Act as a key supplier on major customer onboarding projects to accelerate time to revenue and ensure high customer experience
- Identify roles suitable for global shared services and elevate regional talent to support multiple countries
- Manage vendor contracts for market-specific partners and lead vendor performance management
- Lead AMS risk management for physical attacks, fraudulent events, jackpotting, skimming, processor spooking, and other threats
- Coordinate with countries and global partners to manage ongoing threats
- Provide monthly reporting on department progress, KPIs, and improvement plans
- Provide support for strategic projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters preferred
- At least 5 years of operational ATM or similar industry experience required
- Able to travel within APAC and IMEA at least 30% of the time
- Become lean certified
- Strategic business acumen and knowledge of operational policies, practices, trends, technology, and market information
