Job Description
Operations Strategist at Revelation Pharma, LLC implementing special projects and optimizing workflows across teams.
Responsibilities:
- The Operations Implementation and Special Projects Strategist is a collaborative, forward-thinking role at Revelation Pharma, LLC focused on driving meaningful progress across the network through disciplined project execution and workflow design.
- Reporting to the VP of Operations, this position serves as the engine behind operational change — translating corporate priorities into structured projects, optimizing how workflows across teams, and ensuring that new initiatives land with lasting impact.
- Responsible for ownership and execution of special projects that cross departmental lines, requiring structured management, and are directly tied to Revelation Pharma’s strategic direction.
- Partner with the VP of Operations to evaluate incoming initiatives and determine scope, ownership, resource requirements, and timeline before work begins.
- Develop implementation plans that give all stakeholders a shared understanding of goals, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams by convening the right people, maintaining accountability for action items, and keeping momentum across multiple departments simultaneously.
- Build go-live checklists, training plans, and change management protocols into every major initiative.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) or PharmD preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in operations, project management, or a cross-functional strategy role — preferably within compounding pharmacy
- Demonstrated track record of managing multi-department initiatives from scoping through implementation, with clear accountability for outcomes
- Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and designing workflow improvements that teams can realistically adopt
- Comfortable working with financial data and connecting operational decisions to business outcomes without needing to be a finance expert.
