Job Description
Operations Manager maintaining financial operations, compliance, and record-keeping for a web data infrastructure company. Driving process improvements and collaborating with leadership across various functions.
Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, collections, and financial reporting.
- Overseeing banking, treasury, and cashflow operations, including cryptocurrency payments.
- Driving end-to-end contract management workflows.
- Ensuring compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions, including document recertifications, legal reviews, and board governance.
- Maintaining accurate, organized record-keeping
- Administering tools, systems, accounts, and licenses across the organization.
- Analyzing workstreams to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains.
- Owning special projects that expand our organizational capabilities.
- Collaborating with founders and senior leadership and across marketing, sales, product and engineering to remove operational friction.
- Proactively surfacing risks before they become problems.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in operations, finance, administration, or project management. Startup experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage contract workflows, financial operations, and record-keeping with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong grasp of AP/AR, cashflow management, treasury oversight, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with corporate governance, international compliance obligations, and contract management.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in automation and AI tools, Google Workspace, AP platforms, and banking systems.
- Able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently and deliver end-to-end without being managed through the details.
