Job Description
Operations & Special Projects Associate coordinating projects and supporting business operations. Collaborating across teams, managing priorities, and ensuring efficient workflows within the Human Resource department.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects from planning through execution.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder accountability.
- Support operational initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and external partners on active projects.
- Develop and maintain operational trackers, reports, and project documentation.
- Assist with creating, documenting, and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through technology and AI-enabled tools.
- Provide executive support, including meeting preparation, scheduling, follow-up tracking, and administrative coordination.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and next steps clearly to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Two to seven years of experience in operations, project coordination, business administration, hospitality, construction, commercial real estate, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated problem solver with strong follow-through and sound judgment.
- Experience creating processes, documentation, trackers, or operational systems.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Interest in using AI and technology to improve business operations.
