Job Description
Operations Specialist leading client operations, quality assurance, and technical delivery for BMAT’s music technology platform. Translating customer needs into solutions while improving internal processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations of a wide range of clients
- Translate new customers’ needs into technical specifications
- Plan and deliver excellent services
- Deliver excellent services and results to internal and external clients
- Implement and run Quality Assurance processes for every delivery
- Understand clients’ needs and find optimal solutions
- Assess the technical capabilities of tools and the team and translate them to clients
- Transform clients’ challenges into opportunities for growth
- Create better internal processes and lead changes
- Develop creative solutions for existing and new clients
- Within 30 days, understand the team’s services, products, operations, and technical pipelines
- Within 60 days, assume operational responsibilities, support the UGC Business Line, and manage a straightforward customer delivery using an existing guide
- Within 90 days, actively contribute to the team and improve operational processes based on previous experience
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the music industry, including familiarity with key standards and organizations (e.g., CISAC, CMOs, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management, project coordination, or client-support roles, preferably in technical or fast-paced environments
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
- Highly organized, able to multitask, with strong attention to detail
- Initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial attitude
- Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for listening, asking, understanding, and communicating
- Love for teamwork and learning
- Comfort dealing with large amounts of data and numbers in formats such as .csv and .xlsx
- Interest or basic familiarity with MongoDB and ability to use queries for data retrieval and manipulation
- Business fluency in English
- Professional working proficiency in French or Italian
- Based in Spain; local candidates preferred, but remote work arrangements may be considered
