Job Description

Operations Supervisor leading client-centric team to ensure service delivery for facility services provider. Driving customer service experience by analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service delivery in a manner that meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Directly responsible for the operational delivery objectives set forth by the client scopes of work and service level agreements
  • Lead a team of Account Coordinators
  • Drive the customer service experience by measuring and analyzing performance metrics in alignment with key company objectives centered on exceptional service, customer retention, and quality assurance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in an Operations Supervisor role
  • Experience in exterior services or another service-related field with high customer/client contact
  • Knowledge of landscape and snow industry
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Mathematical skills
  • Ability to analyze and disseminate data and create reports
