Job Description

Operations Technology Coordinator at AnewHealth coordinating technology efforts for operational growth and service improvement. Working closely with leadership to define and implement IT projects for efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • coordinate the definition and implementation of new and on-going technology efforts to drive growth, service, quality, and cost improvements across the operations team
  • defining, measuring, and analyzing aspects of various projects
  • work closely with the operations leadership team and information technology to create plans for maintaining progress and implementing controls
  • create project deployments by pulling together data from a myriad of sources and pareto these priorities
  • development and implementation of new IT tools, capital projects and behavioral/procedural improvements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional or demonstrated experience and a history of implementing and analyzing improvement
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a technical, support, or operations role
  • Expertise in Excel functions, creating charts, collecting data, and utilizing business intelligence to identify underlying issues and confirm effectiveness of solutions within the healthcare industry
  • Ability to facilitate teams and leverage brainstorming and prioritization tools to get the most out of all levels of participants in continuous improvement activity
  • Track record and examples of managing multiple projects and action plans from inception through completion and sustained performance
  • Strong business acumen in developing, pulling data and driving improvement on leading and lagging Key Performance Indicators
