Job Description
Operations Trainer responsible for hands-on training of regional staff at Luminare Health. Engaging in corporate curriculum, procedures, and documentation for various Operations functions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hands-on training of regional staff using corporate curriculum, procedures and documentation
- Training areas include any Operations function, industry and compliance topics, system releases, new products or clients, and other regional or corporate initiatives
- Responsible for reviewing and integrating all information produced and distributed by Luminare Health Corporate Training
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-5 years claim processing, medical insurance and or TPA experience
- Self-directed individual who works well with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaborate with employees, co-workers and team members
- Flexible; open to continued process improvement
- Proficient in MS Word and working knowledge Excel
- Ability to learn new/proprietary systems and to adapt to various system platforms
- Willing to travel within region and to other regional offices or training/conference locations
