Job Description

Operations Trainer responsible for hands-on training of regional staff at Luminare Health. Engaging in corporate curriculum, procedures, and documentation for various Operations functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for hands-on training of regional staff using corporate curriculum, procedures and documentation
  • Training areas include any Operations function, industry and compliance topics, system releases, new products or clients, and other regional or corporate initiatives
  • Responsible for reviewing and integrating all information produced and distributed by Luminare Health Corporate Training

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-5 years claim processing, medical insurance and or TPA experience
  • Self-directed individual who works well with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaborate with employees, co-workers and team members
  • Flexible; open to continued process improvement
  • Proficient in MS Word and working knowledge Excel
  • Ability to learn new/proprietary systems and to adapt to various system platforms
  • Willing to travel within region and to other regional offices or training/conference locations
