Job Description
Engenheiro de Otimização para melhorias em desempenho de tecnologia de rádio em empresa Ericsson. Atuar na análise, implementação e suporte de soluções para otimização de sistemas RAN.
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an Optimization Engineer to improve the performance and efficiency of radio technology systems.
- Conduct in-depth analyses and performance testing on radio systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization;
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance, ensuring optimal signal quality and coverage;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate performance improvements into product design and development;
- Monitor and analyze system metrics and user feedback, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement;
- Implement innovative solutions considering signal strength, interference and network capacity;
- Document and communicate optimization strategies and best practices to ensure standardization and efficiency;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in the telecom sector;
- Provide technical support to other areas, ensuring efficient integration of improvements across the network lifecycle;
- Work with Ericsson equipment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields;
- Strong foundation in radio technology and solid understanding of signal processing and system performance;
- Experience in RAN performance analysis and optimization (3G, 4G and 5G);
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson equipment;
- Experience with performance analysis tools;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
- Fluent English.
