Job Description

SAP OTC Consultant leading Order-to-Cash configuration, integrations, testing, and support. Delivering transformation solutions for a global pharmaceutical client in Prague.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and support of SAP Order-to-Cash processes
  • Work across order management, delivery, billing, and invoicing
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions and system designs
  • Provide functional ownership and guidance for end-to-end OTC processes
  • Configure and optimize SAP SD and related OTC functionality
  • Support and improve integrations with 3PL providers, EDI platforms, APIs, and SAP BTP services
  • Collaborate with SAP MM, SAP FI/CO, Supply Chain/SCM, and other enterprise application teams
  • Participate in solution design, testing, cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Investigate and resolve SAP OTC functional and integration issues
  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective solutions
  • Ensure alignment with IT governance, security, audit, and SAP delivery standards
  • Work with global business and technical stakeholders across functions and geographies
  • Manage multiple initiatives, priorities, documentation, and deliverables in parallel

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP OTC / Order-to-Cash
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP SD
  • Good understanding of end-to-end OTC business processes
  • Experience with SAP configuration, testing, deployment, and production support
  • Experience with integrations such as EDI, APIs, 3PL systems, or SAP BTP
  • Good understanding of integration points with SAP MM, FI/CO, and SCM
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into SAP solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a global enterprise environment
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Nice to have: experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, FMCG, manufacturing, or another highly regulated global environment
  • Nice to have: experience with SAP transformation, rollout, migration, or harmonization projects
  • Nice to have: exposure to large international SAP landscapes
