Job Description
UAS subject matter expert supporting Culmen International, a government mission and security services company. Developing training, doctrine, deployability, and maritime ISR readiness for OCONUS engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team with training and development of training methodology
- Help define the scope of system deployability, readiness, and logistics
- Support short-term assignments, including multiple OCONUS TDYs
- Provide baseline support of approximately 20–40 hours per month
- Increase support to approximately 80–100 hours during months with an in-country engagement
- Participate in an estimated 4–6 TDYs over the next year
Requirements:
- Experience with ScanEagle UAS
- Knowledge/experience with ISR unmanned and manned systems used by U.S. forces and partners
- Knowledge/experience with operational doctrine development
- Knowledge/experience with rapid re-deployment of unmanned systems
- Knowledge and experience on current U.S. ISR unmanned and manned systems and ability to share data
- Experience with local mesh networks used in maritime operating environments
- Knowledge/experience optimizing “Surveillance & Reconnaissance” from air and surface assets using lessons learned and best practices
- Knowledge in development and facilitation of maritime tabletop exercises
- Secret clearance required
- Ability to support multiple OCONUS TDYs
- Availability for approximately 20–40 hours/month of baseline support, increasing to 80–100 hours during in-country engagements
