Job Description
Unternehmerischer Beratungspartner für thexton armstrong, ein internationales Netzwerk für Mittelstands- und Wachstumsberatung. Aufbau einer eigenen Beratungsgesellschaft und Betreuung von Mandanten über monatliche Retainer.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead your own consulting firm under the thexton armstrong brand, with exclusive rights to a territory in Northern or Eastern Germany
- Take responsibility for regional growth
- Support mid-sized business owners in identifying lost profits and reinvesting them in their companies
- Enable business owners and their teams to sustainably increase growth, profitability, and company value while improving structures
- Build a client portfolio through monthly retainers rather than day rates
- Acquire clients independently through discovery conversations and a profit leakage assessment
- Build a referral network of tax advisors, banks, and other partners
- Represent the brand to business owners, associations, and key influencers
- Co-create marketing activities and events with the regional organization
- Exchange knowledge internationally with partners in five countries on mandates, methodologies, and experiences
- Participate in a confidential initial interview, information session, and discussions with existing partners as part of the selection process
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as an interim manager, management consultant, or advisory board member serving mid-sized companies
- Leadership experience with P&L responsibility
- Experience working with owners and leadership teams of mid-sized companies
- Ability to acquire clients independently
- Willingness to adopt shared standards, a common brand, and joint reporting processes
- Strategic and commercial judgment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term perspective
- Ability to build relationships and earn the trust of managing directors and business owners
- Independent, resilient, results-oriented, pragmatic, and authentic
- Fluent German, spoken and written at native-speaker level (required)
- Good command of English
- Residence in Northern or Eastern Germany
- Financial capacity to bridge the start-up phase and fund the growth of your own business
