Job Description
Partner marketing manager driving joint campaigns with global customers and OEM partners. Building co-marketing programs for Axelera AI’s AI inference silicon and partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify, build, and run joint marketing plans with named global customers and customer-partners
- Ensure co-marketing efforts align with Axelera AI’s strategic goals and deliver clear partner value
- Produce co-branded campaigns, solution briefs, customer stories, launch content, and demand-generation assets
- Own partner presence at industry events, including booth-in-booth activations, joint sessions, launch moments, and follow-through
- Work with Sales and Product to develop positioning for partner offerings
- Bring partner voices into Axelera AI launches and include Axelera AI in partner launches
- Report on pipeline influenced, content usage, and repeatable partner programs
- Represent Axelera AI with partner marketing teams and executives
- Determine priorities independently and evaluate partner opportunities through a commercial, high-ROI lens
- Build repeatable co-marketing motions and establish partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Travel to partner sites, customer visits, industry events across the Americas and Europe, and periodically to the Eindhoven headquarters
Requirements:
- Experience in a partner, channel, or alliance marketing role
- Experience building joint plans with named partners and taking them to market
- Ability to align partner desires with internal business priorities and steer joint opportunities toward mutual commercial return
- Track record of working with large, structured organizations where marketing decisions pass through several people
- Comfort with technical products and eagerness to learn a new set
- Strong writing skills and ability to maintain a very high quality bar for AI-assisted content
- Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% of the time
- Semiconductor, hardware, embedded, or AI infrastructure background helpful but not required
- Experience working across US and European teams or time zones helpful but not required
- A second language helpful but not required
- Must be located in the United States
- Must not require visa sponsorship to work in the United States; Axelera AI does not offer sponsorship for this position
