Job Description
Partner Program Associate supporting OpenSesame’s SaaS partner ecosystem. Managing partner operations, data, reporting, enablement, and workflow improvements remotely across the US.
Responsibilities:
- Support partner operations and maintain high-quality partner data
- Coordinate partner onboarding, communications, and enablement activities
- Administer the OpenSesame Certified program
- Prepare recurring partner reports and dashboards
- Support monthly Partner SPIFF administration
- Maintain SOPs, templates, documentation, and internal knowledge resources
- Own recurring partner operational processes with minimal oversight
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Business Systems to streamline workflows
- Improve reporting, documentation, and self-service resources
- Support cross-functional partner initiatives and program launches
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Business Systems, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships
