Job Description
Partner Support Associate serving as the liaison for ISO/MRP partners at Kapitus. Responsible for sales support and assisting in partner onboarding processes to enhance originations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily sales/partner support for the ISO Partner Manager teams
- Update and maintain partner contact information and records in Salesforce
- Work cross-functionally with team members from Legal, Sales, Compliance, Marketing and Operations
- Communicate promptly with partners regarding the progress of deals
- Assist Partner Support Specialists in all sales support tasks
- Speak with potential partners to vet for candidacy and communicate approval or decline status
- Collect required onboarding documents and submit to Onboarding
- Oversee all ISO recertification tasks to ensure accounts are accurate and updated
- Ensure partners are updated with underwriting policies/guidelines
- Other tasks and duties, as required by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or comparable experience preferred
- 1+ years supporting a sales team or B2B sales experience with a preference in the MCA/short-term lending space or Payment Processing
- Self-starter that is highly independent in a fast-paced environment
- Personal accountability, time-management, and organization skills
- Goal oriented leader with proactive relationship development
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and phone skills
- Experience with contract/partnership negotiations is a plus
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Team player with strong sense of accountability
- Experience achieving metric and quality performance
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Experience with Salesforce CRM highly preferred
