Job Description

Patient Sales Coordinator driving patient outreach and enrollment for GUIDE Program offerings. Engaging prospective patients and ensuring smooth communication between teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming patient inquiries and leads promptly
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls, emails, and messages
  • Educate prospective patients about consultations, coaching services, and GUIDE Program offerings
  • Guide patients through scheduling and enrollment processes
  • Follow up with eligible patients to support GUIDE Program enrollment completion
  • Maintain consistent communication and relationship-building with prospective patients and families
  • Serve as the communication bridge between marketing and medical/operations teams
  • Coordinate outreach efforts with clinic scheduling capacity and operational workflows
  • Provide feedback regarding patient concerns, trends, and conversion barriers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication records in internal systems
  • Track outreach activity, conversions, and enrollment metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and patient conversion workflows
  • Support clinic growth initiatives through structured outreach efforts
  • Assist with community relationship-building and patient engagement initiatives when needed
  • Handle incoming new patient calls, reaching out to people who have been contacted
  • Closing sales from interested people
  • Source the current pool of patients that might be eligible for the medicare program
  • Re-engaging with patients
  • Offering the GUIDE program

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Sales experience
  • Empathetic and compassionate.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in healthcare outreach, patient coordination, customer success, enrollment support, sales, or marketing coordination
  • Ability to communicate empathetically and professionally with patients and families
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling outbound follow-up and patient communication consistently
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
  • Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
  • Must be located in Latam

  • Experience with healthcare enrollment or Medicare-related programs
  • Experience in functional medicine, wellness, senior care, or cognitive health environments
  • Familiarity with CRM or EHR systems
