Job Description
Payment Operations Manager optimizing payment methods, integrations, balances, and reporting for Growe, an iGaming and entertainment business advisory group.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor that payment methods work properly and escalate issues to respective providers and teams
- Analyze acceptance rates of payment methods, providers, and cashiers; decide which methods to enable or disable and which volumes to process
- Ensure sufficient available balance across payment methods to process withdrawals and initiate top-ups; analyze each method's cost structure
- Review and create backup, contingency, and emergency plans
- Create monitoring guidelines and procedures for monitoring and support teams
- Report daily and weekly payment activities and issues to the Head of Operations
- Assist with integration of new payment providers and methods
- Suggest product and payment-flow improvements
- Handle requests from customer support
- Test new payment method integrations and deployments
- Partner with the BI department to build data-driven enhancements to internal reporting and track critical business metrics
Requirements:
- 2+ years as a billing/payments manager/support or similar role in online payments
- Confident in dealing with numbers and processing of financial/transactional information
- Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user
- Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows
- Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners
- Deep understanding of payment and transactional systems and services
- At least Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience with the iGaming industry will be a plus
