Job Description

Payments & Customer Support Specialist for funding and portfolio servicing operations in a remote fintech team. Ensuring timely disbursements and maintaining accurate merchant account records.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our funding and portfolio servicing operations
  • Ensure accurate and timely funding disbursements
  • Maintain merchant account records
  • Support day-to-day operational processes
  • Track payment activity with precision and identify discrepancies
  • Provide timely, clear, and helpful support to merchants and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Supported funding, payment processing, or financial operations workflows
  • Managed or maintained financial records and transaction data
  • Used Excel regularly for tracking, reporting, or reconciliation tasks
  • Processed funding approvals and verify documentation prior to disbursement
  • Executed ACH and wire transactions to fund approved merchants
  • Ensured all approvals and compliance requirements are met before releasing funds
  • Maintained strict adherence to internal funding procedures
