Job Description
Payments & Customer Support Specialist for funding and portfolio servicing operations in a remote fintech team. Ensuring timely disbursements and maintaining accurate merchant account records.
Responsibilities:
- Support our funding and portfolio servicing operations
- Ensure accurate and timely funding disbursements
- Maintain merchant account records
- Support day-to-day operational processes
- Track payment activity with precision and identify discrepancies
- Provide timely, clear, and helpful support to merchants and internal teams
Requirements:
- Supported funding, payment processing, or financial operations workflows
- Managed or maintained financial records and transaction data
- Used Excel regularly for tracking, reporting, or reconciliation tasks
- Processed funding approvals and verify documentation prior to disbursement
- Executed ACH and wire transactions to fund approved merchants
- Ensured all approvals and compliance requirements are met before releasing funds
- Maintained strict adherence to internal funding procedures
