Job Description
Payroll specialist handling employee inquiries and payroll processes at ATU's stores in Germany. Collaborating with HR and optimizing payroll workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for our employees on all payroll-related, tax and social security matters
- Work closely with colleagues from HR administration, Legal and our HR Business Partners to ensure smooth processes and employee satisfaction
- Review and optimize payroll processes, identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute your ideas
- Support projects related to digitization, automation and process optimization within HR
- Take on special tasks in the payroll area — from year-end closing activities to telephone support (hotline)
Requirements:
- Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification, ideally with a focus on human resources or financial accounting
- Comfortable using Google Cloud solutions, chat, email and phone as well as other IT tools
- Responsible, with discretion, attention to detail and a strong numerical aptitude
- Empathetic and solution-oriented when handling employee concerns
- Open to new approaches, confident with digital tools and motivated to actively shape processes
- Team-oriented, strong communicator with a structured way of working
