Job Description
Pediatric therapists delivering evidence-based remote therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults at Blackbird Health. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient-progress assessments
- Establish positive, trusting relationships with patients
- Participate in clinical consultation and incorporate feedback
- Collaborate with other specialty providers and an interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records
- Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate
Requirements:
- Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland
- One year of experience providing individual, direct-care therapy to children and adolescent patients
- One year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Experience with evidence-based practices
- Proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work after 3pm ET during the week and/or weekends
- Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet if applicable as a 1099 contractor
