Job Description
Pediatric Therapist delivering evidence-based remote care for children and families at Blackbird Health. Developing treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary providers across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26
- Build strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient-progress assessments
- Participate in clinical consultation and receive feedback and support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary and specialty care providers
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and patient records
- Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate
Requirements:
- Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland
- One year of experience providing individual, direct-care therapy to children and adolescents
- One year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
- Experience using evidence-based practices with children, adolescents, young adults, and families
- Proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation abilities
- Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet if applicable as a 1099 contractor
- Flexibility to work after 3pm ET during weekdays and/or weekends
