Job Description

Pediatric Therapist delivering evidence-based remote care for children and families at Blackbird Health. Developing treatment plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary providers across the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care
  • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient-progress assessments
  • Participate in clinical consultation and receive feedback and support
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary and specialty care providers
  • Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and patient records
  • Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate

Requirements:

  • Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland
  • One year of experience providing individual, direct-care therapy to children and adolescents
  • One year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
  • Experience using evidence-based practices with children, adolescents, young adults, and families
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation abilities
  • Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet if applicable as a 1099 contractor
  • Flexibility to work after 3pm ET during weekdays and/or weekends
