Job Description
Virtual pharmaceutical sales representative engaging healthcare professionals, qualifying leads, and presenting product benefits. Supporting Syneos Health’s biopharmaceutical therapy commercialization through compliant virtual sales.
Responsibilities:
- Engage healthcare professionals to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads
- Conduct client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions
- Deliver effective virtual sales presentations to assigned targets and prospective customers
- Develop and follow daily/weekly call schedules for comprehensive territory coverage
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system
- Articulate clinical benefits and product value to healthcare professionals and office staff
- Build trust and credibility through consistent professional virtual communication
- Plan and organize activities within the assigned territory according to a plan of action
- Administer territory information
- Comply with reporting and regulatory requirements
- Follow up with and convert qualified leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Expert selling skills in customer engagement and relationship building via e-promotion
- Skilled in using virtual communication tools, CRM software, and general computer applications
- Ability to learn quickly and apply disease state and product knowledge in a highly compliant manner
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in multitasking
- Virtual/inside healthcare sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience selling within the Women's Healthcare space desired
- Must comply with applicable vaccination requirements where required by local governments or Syneos Health customers
