Job Description
Educator guiding learners through StanMindsetmomentum’s premium online courses and live virtual events. Using guided conversations, CRM updates and outcome-based processes remotely across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with people who are ready to grow
- Lead guided conversations and introduce proven learning programmes
- Use a clear online process with training, resources and support
- Work independently while updating activity and next steps in a simple CRM
- Apply organisation and communication to deliver consistent results
- Deliver outcomes through online education and personal development programmes
- Communicate with shortlisted candidates by phone, email and text as part of the application process
Requirements:
- Photographers and creatives from studio or freelance backgrounds, producers, retouchers, client services or account management
- Clear communication skills
- Confidence with Zoom or Teams, CRM and diary management
- Self-motivated and organised
- Must not require visa sponsorship to work in the UK
- Must not be studying full time
- Preference for independent, outcome-based work over fixed hourly pay
