Job Description

Power Platform/D365 Technical Lead designing secure Microsoft business application solutions for Version 1. Leading distributed teams, integrations, customer delivery and modern Power Platform adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical authority across project delivery
  • Lead solution design, build and delivery across varying Power Platform and D365 CE projects
  • Own technical quality, standards and deliverables
  • Design and build integrations using APIs, connectors and Azure services
  • Work directly with customers to refine requirements
  • Guide ALM, DevOps and deployment approaches
  • Mentor developers and lead distributed teams
  • Contribute to complex solution design, integration architecture and troubleshooting
  • Set engineering quality standards across the team
  • Assess emerging Microsoft capabilities, including Copilot, Power Platform enhancements and AI-driven and agentic business solutions
  • Guide pragmatic adoption of emerging capabilities in customer solutions
  • Work with architects, product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, supportable solutions
  • Provide clear, credible technical guidance to customers

Requirements:

  • 7+ years Power Platform/D365 delivery
  • Strong leadership skills and communication skills
  • Strong Model Driven App, Canvas App, Custom Pages, Power Pages, Power Automate and Dataverse experience
  • Experience implementing D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre and Customer Insights
  • Front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Liquid Template
  • Strong server-side development experience with C#/.Net
  • Strong experience using Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities and Custom APIs
  • Integration experience with REST APIs and custom connectors
  • Azure Integration knowledge, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus
  • ALM and CI/CD experience
  • Azure DevOps and Agile Practices
  • Comprehensive understanding of Non-Functional Requirements
  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications
