Job Description
Principal AI Architect leading design and delivery of advanced AI solutions for various industries. Engaging with clients and mentoring team members in AI solution architecture and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI strategy workshops
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures
- Implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including classical ML models and Generative AI applications
- Build and operationalize MLOps pipelines using cloud-native tools
- Support pre-sales efforts and lead hands-on development of PoCs and MVPs
- Communicate AI capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture
- Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-grade ML/AI pipelines
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with cloud-native MLOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Ability to lead client-facing engagements and mentor junior team members
- Deep expertise in Generative AI and experience with modern data platforms
