Job Description
Principal FullStack Engineer liderando engenharia de software para o iFood, plataforma brasileira de delivery, mercado, farmácia e fintech. Projetando sistemas distribuídos escaláveis com Python, React, AWS e IA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and develop software in highly complex environments.
- Design and implement scalable, highly available solutions based on distributed systems architecture.
- Influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Leverage AI extensively to accelerate engineering, automated testing, and observability.
- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical leadership and software development in highly complex environments.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture, with the ability to design and implement scalable, highly available solutions.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Leverage AI extensively to accelerate engineering, automated testing, and observability.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for backend development.
- Knowledge of React for full-cycle delivery.
- Solid experience with AWS, including infrastructure, integration, and deployment.
- Strong command of AI-assisted engineering for software development.
- Ability to develop and implement technology strategies that support business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
