Job Description
Senior Platform Product Manager at Forcepoint defining strategy for our Data Security Cloud platform. Responsible for shaping platform services and influencing architectural decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the long-term roadmap for Data Security Cloud platform
- Improve customer onboarding and deliver high-quality experience
- Apply a Lean Product mindset to deliver common platform services
- Collaborate with Engineering teams using Agile processes
- Define platform level capabilities for AI-assisted workflows
- Act as a senior product leader and trusted advisor
- Communicate platform strategy and roadmap clearly to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management
- Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering teams
- Strong understanding of product management fundamentals
- Business savvy with strong technical acumen
- Proven experience owning highly available cloud services
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and ML concepts
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations
