Job Description

Principal Product Designer leading product capabilities and enhancements for TruIQ SaaS solutions. Collaborating across teams to drive product innovation and user-centric design at TransUnion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the scoping, ideation, and delivery of new product capabilities and enhancements across the TruIQ SaaS product suite, supporting high-growth and revenue objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate strategic product requirements into executable technical solutions.
  • Drive product innovation by researching, developing, and launching new capabilities leveraging the OneTru platform.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate product incubation, development, and go-to-market execution across global teams.
  • Design and deliver user-centric experiences by leveraging customer insights to build intuitive product solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers to validate product concepts, gather feedback, and identify unmet needs while supporting sales efforts.
  • Ensure operational readiness, scalability, and reliability of product offerings.
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Contribute to advancing AI and machine learning capabilities within product offerings.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, technical consulting, data science, or pre-sales roles.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling data-driven products.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and applied AI.
  • Familiarity with credit and non-credit data ecosystems and regulatory considerations (e.g., FCRA).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience building and managing SaaS products and platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and AI/ML concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience applying user-centered design principles.
  • Familiarity with prototyping and MVP development methodologies.
